Environment

Core to our success is our ability to put the environment in a central position in all that we do. Our environment needs to be at the forefront of our focus in terms of the economy  energy generation, as well being a means to combat rapidly lowering air quality and souring temperatures. Though some efforts have been made we need to instil a much greater sense of urgency in the efforts being made and through the creation of realistic initiatives begin laying the ground work for a 100% green energy infrastructure as well a substantial increase in our creation of new green areas our people can not only enjoy.

I firmly believe that the environment and initiatives around it can not only positively effect our environment and create sustainable resources we can rely on, but create a new world of opportunity in our economy through the creation of a number of new revenue streams, new jobs, new touristic attractions and of course a better quality of life for out people and their children.

Reputation

It is clear that our reputation as a country has of late suffered at the hands of politicians who at all cost see votes as the be all and end all. This has caused serious dents in our reputation within key sectors such as finance, banking and gaming but has also seen an impact in our political position within Europe. Our reputations key to securing a prosperous country now and for the future and it is for this reason we need to begin actively working on building this reputation back up again, through dialogue, actions and most of all consistency in the constant effort to evolve and change where needed.

We as Maltese have much to be proud of, and it is only fitting that we represent the values we hold dear and ensure that we champion these at all levels

Housing

Core to our success is our ability to put the environment in a central position in all that we do. Our environment needs to be at the forefront of our focus in terms of the economy  energy generation, as well being a means to combat rapidly lowering air quality and souring temperatures. Migration

As a country in the middle of the Mediterranean  we have always had migration and continued to always evolve whilst maintaining our identity as the people of Malta, our culture and heritage. Illegal migration in todays world however has become something very much overwhelming for a country of our size to handle alone.

Each person deserves the right to feel safe and the dignity to be treated with kindness and though we do need to ensure that we keep the Maltese people a priority, when looking at migration we will certainly be working towards far more robust assistance programs as well as disbursement initiatives that will have radical impact both on the lives of the Maltese but also that of those illegal migrating due to war or risk of death.

Free Press

For too long have we seen opresion, diluting or complete misdirection of facts and the devestation one can unleash on another simply for expressing their own opinion or presenting us and the public with a different train of thought as well as shining a light through facts on subjects we may otherwise have been oblivious too. Now is the time to become champions of our press and media, ensuring the laws in this country protect them rather than deter them or worse yet, destroy them.

Cost of Living

We've thrived as a country and as an economy. It is clear though that the cost of living in Malta has also been effected significantly yet nothing has yet been done to address this, be it in securing better fuel rates, better import deals or more protection and enforcement on minimum wages. Let's begin planning for our future and see this as a priority

LGBTIQ & Minorities

Though a fantastic start it is one thing to pass laws that mandate people abide by them as opposed to them actually believing in them. We have taken great steps forward, in this area, that much is clear, however much work has yet to be done, be it in providing our LGBTIQ community with the medical care they are entitled to, creating programs for them to be able to actually grow and raise families of their own or inclusion and awareness programs for our minorities.

Key to this focus will be our ability to properly educate our people where needed so that together we can work towards a community that is not tolerant but rather embracing and nutrouing to both LGBTIQ and Minority communities.
